We offer FREE Shipping to North America, Europe and Australia!

 

Shipping dates

We do our best to provide accurate delivery dates on our website. However, delays are always a possibility. We therefore can not guarantee an exact delivery date. If you need to camp close to the expected delivery date, you may want to find a temporary back-up just to be sure! 

 

Shipping outside the Europe and North America

If you live outside of Europe or North America, additional shipping fees and importing costs may be associated with ordering our products. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss the best course of action at hello@ohnanatents.com.

 

Trial Period

We want you to have the best possible experience with Ohnana products. This is why we have a 30-day period during which you can decide if you would like to keep or return your Ohnana Products. We do not accept products that show significant signs of use, making them unfit for resale (e.g. camping outdoors with a tent, then chosing to return it). 

 

Defective products

If you receive a defective product, please let us know. Don’t forget to include a picture of the issue so we can help prevent similar instances happen in the future! After sending it to us, we might, based on the circumstances, offer to repair or replace your product. We do not offer free replacement or repair if the product is defective due to improper use. Please refer to our instructions on how to set up and fold up an Ohnana Tent before use. 

 

Returns

If you decide to return your Ohnana product, please email us at hello@ohnanatents.com. We do a short inspection of the sent items based on which we accept or reject your return and subsequent replacement or refund.

Please note that we do not accept products that show clear signs of use.

 

Exceptions

  • Items bought on sale or at a discount are excepted from returns or refunds. 
  • Defects or damages resulting from (1) misuse of the product, (2) use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner, (3) accident or neglect, (4) improper testing, operation, maintenance, service, repair, installation, or storage, (5) unauthorized alteration or modification, (6) damage determined to be the result of freight or shipping after the product has left the factory; or
  • Normal tear and wear of the product, its components, or parts; or
  • Post-expiration dated material

 

For Businesses

Ohnana Tents B.V. does not accept any returns or refunds on customized products.  

Any and all shipping costs associated with the return of goods are at the cost of the buyer. 

Please inspect any items for possible defects upon arrival. We do not take responsibility for damage caused by a third party.

In the case of a defective customized product or part, said item may be replaced by a non-customized part of similar specification.

Goods sold to businesses are exempt from any trial period. 

Working products incorrectly marked as defective or not-as-described are not eligable for refund. Any costs associated with the quality-control of these products are responsibilty of the buyer.

As a buyer of Ohnana products, you are responsible for proper instruction on how to use our products to your employees, volunteers and/or customers.

Ohnana Tents B.V. is exempt of responsibility for any damage or harm caused by inproper use of our products by your employees, volunteers and/or customers.

Refunds on business orders may be processed within 90 days. If the total refund exceeds €10.000, refunds may be processed in installments.
