Shipping dates

We do our best to provide accurate delivery dates on our website. However, delays are always a possibility. We therefore can not guarantee an exact delivery date. If you need to camp close to the expected delivery date, you may want to find a temporary back-up just to be sure!

If you live outside of Europe or North America, additional shipping fees and importing costs may be associated with ordering our products. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss the best course of action at


Trial Period

We want you to have the best possible experience with Ohnana products. This is why we have a 30-day period during which you can decide if you would like to keep or return your Ohnana Products. We do not accept products that show significant signs of use, making them unfit for resale (e.g. camping outdoors with a tent, then chosing to return it)


Defective products

If you receive a defective product, please let us know. Don’t forget to include a picture of the issue so we can help prevent similar instances happen in the future! After sending it to us, we might, based on the circumstances, offer to repair or replace your product.



If you decide to return your Ohnana product, please email us at We do a short inspection of the sent items based on which we accept or reject your return and subsequent replacement or refund.

Please note that we do not accept products that show signs of use.



Items bought on sale or at a discount are excepted from returns or refunds.
